I found the course informative and the format of the lessons very helpful

After some frustrating delays and difficulty getting responses, my issue was finally handled quickly and professionally by Gary from NGTC. He personally called, apologised, and got everything sorted within hours, including payment for my SIA licence, which had been holding me back from work. He also followed up with really helpful advice and even offered further training opportunities. While the start of the process was stressful, the support I received once Gary got involved completely changed my experience. Thank you for getting it sorted and for treating the matter seriously. I’ve now ordered my licence and looking forward to move forward confidently.

I found the course content really enlightening and the homework really rewarding. It’s easy to sit, listen and take notes, but to go out and find the information I wasn’t sure about was a really good way for me to learn personally. All of the instructors were really informative and delivered the content in their own way and the day with Mike was brilliant. I would also like to say that James is one of the most impressive people I have come across in the industry. His knowledge of the industry is deep rooted across the whole spectrum and his enthusiasm and delivery of such knowledge was first class. As a business owner, we’re always the ones employees and customers turn to and we’re expected to know, provide, fix and explain everything at the drop of a hat, something we probably become accustomed to without noticing. It was really humbling though to come across somebody with so much more knowledge and experience and then to be able to absorb it. James’ willingness to share this knowledge along with real life experiences really made the course for me. The course, while achieving its goals for me in terms of the level 3 accreditation, has also helped me across other aspects of the business with the broader skills I have picked up.
