NGTC has been awarded a contract by Greater Manchester Combined Authority as part of its Skills Bootcamp programme, funded through the Department for Education (DfE)

Skills Bootcamps offer fully funded, flexible courses lasting up to 16 weeks, giving adults the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with an employer. This training has been made possible thanks to Greater Manchester Combined Authority securing funding to deliver skills bootcamps, which form part of the Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life.

NGTC has been awarded a contract by Hertford Regional College as part of its Adult Education Budget, funded through the Greater London Combined Authority.

Our delivery will focus on upskilling employees within the security and events sector, this has been identified as a key sector in terms of employment and skills.

NGTC are corporate members and partners of the Football Safety Officers Association, a professional association for individuals and organisations working in spectator safety at football grounds in England and Wales.

The association’s aim is to develop and improve all aspects of stadium safety including how events are safely managed by working with the football governing bodies, national bodies such as the Home Office, the Department for Culture Media and Sport, Local Government agencies such as the Core Cities Group and the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Our membership of the FSOA places us at the heart of the spectator safety industry and places our management team at the cutting edge of innovation in the safety and security sector.
