From extra-curricular activities to support with exam preparation, safeguarding assistance, mental health support, and work experience opportunities, all of our student-facing services are facilitated by dedicated members of staff.

We offer support on all delivery sites – in-class, outside of the classroom, with exams and assessments and in the wider environment. This support is to enable you to access all available opportunities and that you enjoy yourself whilst studying at NGTC.
INFORMATION, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE
Our Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) Centre can give you information on all of our courses, how to enrol and what services and facilities are available to you as a student.
Our Customer Services Officers deliver a professional and friendly IAG Service. Our service is free, impartial and accessible to all. We can offer you advice within a confidential setting if required.
