Understand your safeguarding responsibilities when working in security, stewarding, and live event environments. This short CPD course explores recognising concerns, responding appropriately, and reporting issues in line with sector expectations. It is suitable for anyone working with members of the public, including children and adults at risk, and supports safe, professional practice across venues and events.
This CPD module introduces the key safety considerations surrounding the use of pyrotechnics at live events. It covers common hazards, basic control measures, roles and responsibilities, and the importance of planning and communication. The course is designed to raise awareness for event staff, supervisors, and managers who may be working in environments where pyrotechnics are present.
Develop a clearer understanding of disability, inclusion, and reasonable adjustments within event and spectator settings. This course focuses on improving awareness, communication, and confidence when supporting disabled customers, colleagues, and visitors.
