I completed the course yesterday and I am sure I spent enough time on it (despite having done this course last year with Centre Parcs). I am not getting the chance to repeat the course if needed. |

I find it very difficult to get hold of anyone who helps or even has the courtesy to reply to emails. It is completely inhibiting my ability to find work. I will be complaining about this company to the job centre. |

course This is a very useful course for anyone that works events. It makes you mindful of your surroundings and the different types of people at the event. I particularly liked the safe guarding element and on the back of this have signed up to do a level 2 NVQ in safe guarding course at a local college.
The safeguarding course was delivered in a classroom setting which made it interesting.
It took to long to receive the certificate and lots of chasing had to be done by myself and the company that paid for my course. Due to this I gave them a 4 star rather that a 5 star review. |
general Great Level 3 CourseIan Ross I found the course content really enlightening and the homework really rewarding.
It’s easy to sit, listen and take notes, but to go out and find the information I wasn’t sure about was a really good way for me to learn personally.
All of the instructors were really informative and delivered the content in their own way and the day with Mike was brilliant.
I would also like to say that James is one of the most impressive people I have come across in the industry.
His knowledge of the industry is deep rooted across the whole spectrum and his enthusiasm and delivery of such knowledge was first class.
As a business owner, we’re always the ones employees and customers turn to and we’re expected to know, provide, fix and explain everything at the drop of a hat, something we probably become accustomed to without noticing.
It was really humbling though to come across somebody with so much more knowledge and experience and then to be able to absorb it.
James’ willingness to share this knowledge along with real life experiences really made the course for me.
The course, while achieving its goals for me in terms of the level 3 accreditation, has also helped me across other aspects of the business with the broader skills I have picked up.
