This qualification is aimed at individuals/trainers who wish to deliver Conflict Management training for the Private Security Industry. It is a mandatory requirement for trainers wishing to deliver the SIA license linked qualifications (conflict management unit).
To achieve the qualification learners must achieve 2 Units:
To complete the full qualification, you will be required to undertake practical assessments at one of our training centres.
Please note – your prior learning may reduce the length of time and content of your programme (e.g. already completing a unit within another qualification) – please submit copies of your certificates to studentservices@ngtc.co.uk to apply for exemptions.
Day One – Classroom or Online – Managing Conflict Situations (Full Day)
Day Two – Classroom or Online – Theory – Delivering Conflict Management Training (Full Day)
Day Three – Classroom or Online – Planning & Designing Conflict Management Training (Full Day)
Day Four – Classroom – Professional Practice – Teaching Demonstrations (Full Day)
To be eligible to undertake the deliverers of Physical Intervention training, candidates must be able to evidence the following

• Undertake our online basic English assessments achieving appropriate results
