NGTC is a dedicated private training provider specialising in adult education within the security sector. Each year, we empower hundreds of individuals to transform their lives and careers. Now, we’re seeking dynamic individuals to join our esteemed NGTC Matters Governance Board.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Group Governor, your mandate will extend beyond simply attending 6 board meetings annually. You will play an integral role in:
- Providing strategic oversight to the leaders from across our various departments
- Upholding the high-quality standards of teaching and learning we’re renowned for
- Ensuring exceptional value for money in the allocation and utilisation of public funds
Remuneration
While all Governors will receive an annual salary of £2,000 to cover their time and expenses, we are keen to attract candidates who are genuinely committed to making a transformative impact on the communities we serve.
