Work Under Way To Recruit More Women In The Security Industry

Despite The Increase In The Number Of Women Choosing A Career In Security, They Still Make Up Only About One In Ten Of The Workforce.

However, the good news is that the situation is changing, according to the UK Women’s Security Society, which says that the industry is increasingly promoting training programmes and academic qualifications to women.

Here at NGTC, we are playing our part and are training increasing numbers of women in roles ranging from door security to patrolling.

We support the aims of the Women’s Security Society, which was created to provide a network for women working in the security industry. You can find out more at https://www.womenssecuritysociety.co.uk/

Based in Greater Manchester, NGTC has a strong client base of well-known sporting organisations and colleges and delivers everything from pre-employment courses and apprenticeships, to specialist courses, such as Spectator Safety. You can find out more at http://www.ngtc.co.uk/
