- Follow the instructions on screen to set up Zoom on your device
- Once in the test call, ensure your webcam and microphone are working
If you’re confident that everything is working correctly,
If you have issues, you might be able to figure out the solution by Googling your device’s model number along with “Zoom issues”.
If you’re not at ease with technology, the best thing to do is to ask someone who knows technology to come and look at your device in person.
Failing that, try contacting the technical support team from the company that made your device.
If you can’t resolve your technical issues, and if you can’t borrow a device that works, you’ll have to contact the employer and ask if they’re willing to make alternative interview arrangements.
