Who is this qualification for?
The Security Future Trainers Programme is a Skills Bootcamp programme for individuals with a passion for shaping the future of security training. This programme is tailored to equip participants with the skills, expertise, and certifications needed to excel as proficient security trainers to deliver the SIA licensed-linked qualifications. With a focus on training methodologies and emerging trends, participants will gain invaluable insights into effective instructional techniques and the latest security protocols. Upon completion, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and credentials to lead training sessions, empowering the next generation of security professionals to safeguard communities and businesses with ease and expertise.

Day One – Managing Conflict Situations – Online – Full Day

Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention

Skills Bootcamps are free flexible courses of up to 16 weeks for people looking for a new role or job opportunity.
Once you complete the course, you’ll be guaranteed a job interview with one of our partnering employers.
If you’re self-employed, you’ll be able to use the training to seek new opportunities for your business.
If you’re being supported by your current employer to complete the Skills Bootcamp then you’ll need to demonstrate the opportunity for a new role or new responsibilities.

This Skills Bootcamp programme is fully funded to candidates looking to start their career in the Private Security Sector.
If you are currently working within the Security sector and are being sponsored by your employer to undertake this training, fees may apply:
SME Employers (Less than 250 Staff)
10% Contribution to Overall Cost
Large Employers (Over 250 Staff)
30% Contribution to Overall Cost
Candidates must be 19+ years old at point of enrolment
Candidates must undertake our online initial assessments achieving appropriate results
