The Level 2 Operational Steward course has been developed exclusively for G4S and its partner network. It is designed for individuals who are currently working — or preparing to work — in operational stewarding roles across stadiums, arenas, festivals, and major events.

It’s ideal for:

  • New and Aspiring Operational Stewards – Those beginning their careers in spectator safety with G4S or partner organisations.

  • Event & Venue Teams – Staff supporting safety, crowd movement, and customer service at live events.

  • Matchday & Temporary Staff – Individuals engaged on casual or part-time contracts who require consistent baseline training.

  • Supervisors & Team Leaders – Seeking to standardise induction and refresh understanding of operational stewarding principles.

No prior experience is required. The course provides a structured foundation for anyone entering or progressing within G4S stewarding operations.
