Who is this qualification for?
This course bundle is aimed at individuals who are looking to start or develop their career as a trainer within the Security (SIA) sector. By undertaking this course bundle, you will achieve the national occupational standards for the delivery of licensed-linked SIA qualifications, whilst developing wider technical skills that will support your professional development.

• Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Conflict Management Training
• Level 3 Award for Deliverers of Physical Intervention
To deliver the full licence-linked qualification for Door Supervisors, candidates must complete all three qualifications.

We offer flexible learning models utilising a mixture of online learning and face to face delivery. Our course tutor will work with you to develop an individual delivery model and for the majority of the qualifications, you can attend via webinar and distance learning methods. For Physical Intervention training however, you will be required to attend one of our centres for a set period of time, agreed with your course tutor.
This course bundle is built to support candidates who may be working as tutors/trainers/assessors in various settings including private training, further education, higher education or schools.
