Introducing the roles and responsibilities to new CCTV operators, NGTC courses are designed to impart information in a new way, whilst candidates gain nationally recognised qualifications. The course covers familiarisation with CCTV equipment, codes of practice, guidelines, operational procedures and modern CCTV surveillance techniques.
